Our process

How a project runs

Six steps from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

Talk it through

Tell us what you want to change, where the home is, and when you hope to have it done. A short conversation is enough to know whether the project is a fit.

Walk the site

We look at the space in person: what is there now, what is behind the walls, and what the project will take.

Scope and estimate

You get a written scope of the work and an estimate, so it is clear what is included before anything starts.

Selections and scheduling

Cabinets, tile, flooring and fixtures are chosen early. In the mountains, lead times drive the schedule, so ordering comes first.

Build

Demolition, framing, systems, drywall and finish work, in order. The photos on this page are real jobs mid-build.

Final walkthrough

We walk the finished work with you and go through anything that needs a last adjustment before the job is closed out.

Behind the walls
