Remodeling and construction in Dillon
Kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks and new homes in Dillon, from a general contractor based in Summit County.
Lakeside homes and condos
Dillon sits on the shore of Dillon Reservoir. The original town was moved in the early 1960s when the reservoir was built, so much of what stands today dates from the decades after.
Many Dillon properties are condos and townhomes, which usually means HOA approval before a remodel and rules about work hours and access. Kitchens, bathrooms and flooring are the most common updates.
Summit Restorations handles remodels in Dillon from planning through final trim.
