Remodeling and construction in Leadville
Kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks and new homes in Leadville, from a general contractor based in Summit County.
High-altitude historic homes
Leadville, in neighboring Lake County, sits above 10,000 feet and is one of the highest towns in the country. Its historic mining-era houses sit alongside newer homes on the edges of town.
Older Leadville homes often need more than a cosmetic update: new kitchens and bathrooms, siding, decks, and sometimes additions to make a small historic house work for today.
Summit Restorations takes on remodels, additions, new homes and exterior work in Leadville.
